A private spacious one bedroom suite with a King Bed and one bath space. A separate game/entertainment room with a pool table and a single pull out. Has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home with a separate outside entrance. Access to a fishing pond and fire pit. Located down the street from The Catawba Bend Park and close to other attractions. Close to restaurants and shopping. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.

Our place is great for solo travelers, business travelers, couples, or small families. You will be staying in our walk out basement, we live upstairs. Our space is one bedroom, large living/kitchenette, laundry and spacious bathroom. Our home is only a couple of miles from Ballantyne corporate center, about 30 minutes from uptown, 25 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Carowinds, and 35 minutes to the whitewater center.
