Dairy Cottage by Yorkshire Escapes is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage in Masham, in the heart of Lower Wensleydale. It has been newly renovated to a high standard with pretty furnishings and modern interiors. There are 2 double bedrooms: one twin room and the other can be made up as a king or 2 singles. There is parking directly outside the cottage and the cottage is perfectly situated within walking distance of the traditional Market Square with shops, pubs, cafes, butchers, supermarket and shops.

This lovely home is based just off the market square in the wonderful market town of Masham. Close to all the local attractions, Masham boasts two breweries, a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafés. Masham is a perfect start point for outdoor pursuits, there are many beautiful circular walks for all abilities and cyclists will be spoilt for choice for routes into the dales and beyond

The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Surrounded by beautiful far reaching views of the Nidderdale moors & pine forests. A lovely country side retreat. Great for walkers & cyclists, or just a relaxing break. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. A log fire makes it very cozy. There are lots of bird life as well as the neighbouring sheep & cows! Only 5 minutes to Grantley Hall, 10 mins to Pately Bridge or Sawley, 15 mins to Ripon. Nearby fantastic pubs with great food!
