Fully renovated, it now offers running water, a bathroom with shower, and all essential amenities, along with a sauna and a private natural pool. A hidden retreat set within forest and wild fields, it lies just 15 minutes from the Baltic Sea and a quiet lake. This carefully preserved 19th-century farmhouse offers peace, simplicity, and complete solitude, fully off-grid and without neighbors in sight.

The house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including three bedrooms, separate toilet and shower, a full kitchen with a large dining table and a living room with a fireplace in the heart of the house. This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
