Kilua Villa, located in Matemwe is steps from the sea with a sandy beach and perfect views of Mnemba island. It is Matemwe’s premier ocean front villa offering comfort and casual elegance. The villa is perfect for groups, family gatherings and reunions. It offers spacious living areas, 4 en-suite bedrooms, a patio, a large private garden with an infinity swimming pool. Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

In fondo al corridoio delle camere da letto c'è un delizioso balconcino rivolto ad ovest per godere la luce del tramonto.
