Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Awarded the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy's 2019 Visser Award for Outstanding Restoration of a FLW House and the 2021 Wright Spirit Award in the private category. You will be located 2 minutes from I-94 and within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores, ice cream, and a beautiful park (15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride). The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.
