Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Self Contained private room in Greerton

We look forward to welcoming you to our home. A downstairs private room with shared front door , a queen bed, ensuite, kitchenette with fridge and microwave It's just a 5 min walk to the Greerton Village with op shops, cafes and general shopping. Just a 10 min drive to the CBD, 20 mins to Mount beach, 40 mins to Rotorua. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and a cat who thinks she's the queen. Our teenagers come home now and then but we keep noise to a minimum when guests are staying.

A lovely two bedroom apartment. Bedroom one is a studio room with kitchenette, couches and dining and courtyard. A second spacious bedroom with second TV. A large fully tiled bathroom. Walk two minutes to the beach and Marine Parade walk and bike way. The guest suite is on the downstairs floor and is very private. We are right on Moa park with your own gate. Off-street parking is available. Close to central parade and the Mount attractions, this is a beautiful guest suite by the beach!

The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.

Location & comfort in this spacious one-bedroom apt in the heart of popular Tauranga. Styled to relax with up to 4 guests. Guests are welcome to park outside the front door for easy access while being within walking distance to Historic Village or Tauranga hospital. This contemporary space gives you your own separate entrance from the main house. The front door accesses the mini kitchen space and your own patio area. Catch the city centre entertainment or catch waves at the Mount.

Cereal, milk tea, juice , coffee supplied. We are ten minutes from Fernlands spa/hotpools and five minutes from Waimarino Adventure Park. Please note this space is not suitable for children.
