My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro. It has superb, uninterrupted, water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. POLICE WILL BE CALLED BY NEIGHBOURS, IF NUMBER OF GUESTS IS NOT CORRECT AND IF NOISE LEVEL IS LOUD. Spa pool, BBQ over looking Lake Karapiro. Large kitchen. TV. Free wifi. A few host items will be in the house and kitchen. 40mins to the black water rafting in Waitomo Caves. 25mins from Hobbiton and the set of the lord of the rings.

Karapiro Lake View is an 8 year old modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the lake and the international Rowing course. Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles. 1.5 hrs from AKL Airport - perfect after an international flight

Beautiful 1 bedroom stand alone cottage that can sleep 4. A private oasis on a rural property surrounded by trees with views of rolling paddocks and farm animals. Full kitchen with all you need. Or a short drive to town will serve you with plenty of local eateries and takeaway options. One spacious bedroom with a queen bed and access to the deck. Sit back and enjoy sensational views of the Wairere Falls from various spots in our farm cottage which is situated in the heart of the Kaimai Ranges. The well renowned Wairere Falls walking track is only 3km from the cottage for those keen to get out and enjoy the beautiful nature walk. Opal Hot Springs is a 5-minute drive and the best way to relax and unwind. Matamata is a 12-minute drive with excellent food options and various tour bus options out to the Hobbiton movie set.

Signal Ridge Cottage is a renovated and modern little cottage, located on a working dairy farm 14km from Matamata. Neighbouring Hobbiton, and with beautiful views of the Kaimai Ranges, we have all you need for comfort away from home. Enjoy the toast, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, fruit and milk provided for breakfast on the first morning of your stay as well as complimentary tea and coffee. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washer and dryer for your use.

This is a modern well appointed farmhouse in the countryside with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The house is suitable to be used for a base to visit nearby bustling tourist attractions (e. g. Taupo, Rotorua, Waitomo, Hobbiton,Tauranga, Hamilton); and the house gives you a restful and relaxing home away from home. When a guest makes a booking I move out so in the pantry there are the basics which you are free to use.
