Situated in Abbeyhill, our ground floor apartment is part of a traditional tenement block with the friendliest of neighbours. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, the area is leafy and peaceful and a minute’s walk away from Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat. The apartment is in a great position for accessing the city centre as it is just a short walk away, nearby London Road is also serviced by several bus routes. The local area offers a choice of many restaurants and bars.

Flat in quiet neighborhood with good bus links

You will have the entire flat for use by yourself as I will likely be out of the city however there will be one room out of bounds (my own bedroom.) Only one guest is allowed in the property at any one time. This is to do with with licensing and insurance purposes and any guests found in breech of these rules will have their stay cancelled. No loud noise or parties in the flat. There is free parking on site and a bus stop around the corner with good links to the city centre and Leith.

The flat is a 10 minute walk to Holyrood Palace and Arthurs seat and a 15 minute walk to the top of Leith Walk, The St.James Quarter and Royal Mile. We are a 10-15 minute taxi from Waverly station and Tram network serves the airport with a stop 15 minutes walk away from the flat.
