Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

A sitting room with 2 barrel chairs and full size futon. A queen size bed, dresser & desk Spacious and comfortable. Private adjacent bathroom.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

This romantic getaway offers a history all its own. Welcome to our fully renovated and restored circa 1829 barn 2nd floor guest suite. Within walking/biking distance to Historic Newtown Borough and all of its unique boutique shops and restaurants. This cozy space offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed, efficiency kitchen, open floor plan living room, dedicated workspace and outdoor deck. Close to I-95 as well as the charming towns of New Hope, Lambertville, Doylestown and Princeton.

1 bedroom apartment attached to our home with its own separate driveway and key code entrance. Centrally located between Philadelphia and New York City. Popular family attraction Sesame Place is 10 minutes away, and Philadelphia is a 30 minute drive. Conveniently located near major highways 95 and the PA Turnpike. 1 hour drive to the Jersey Shore The apartment has its own separate entrance and does not have access to our backyard or the patio upstairs.

Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.

Cherry Hill Getaway - 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will be close to shopping centers, restaurants, and still be 30 minutes from Philadelphia. Super Safe neighborhood, walking distance from a children’s park, shopping center with pizza, ices, and a Wawa! With 2 kitchens and 3 livings spaces, 2 laundry rooms it’s a perfect vacation home. A background check is required for all stays > 25 days. Garage is closed for storage.
