Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located 3 miles east of town and situated on the White River and OHV trail so you can float the river or ride the trail directly from the property. Plenty of room to park and load/unload your ATVs or snowmobiles with the White River National Forest conveniently just up the road. No fishing this private property, but it is adjacent to a public wildlife/fishing access area which is a very short walk and accessible directly from the property.

Nestled at the foot of Monument Butte, this little cabin is perfect for those looking to get out of town and into nature... or off-road! Location cannot be beat! A quick ride down a dirt road on your side-by-side will bring you to some of the most beautiful scenery in the state. **Please Note** Due to its rural location, AT&T is the only cell phone carrier who has service at the ranch. We have extremely fast and reliable wifi to use to make calls if needed.

The amazing White River runs through our yard. Nearby, we have horse rentals, boating & fishing lakes, national forests, state parks, and hiking trails. There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.

Flat Top Tiny Home at Trail and Hitch

This tiny home custom made by a Colorado craftsman has one queen bed in loft accessible by stairs. Also has a fold out full futon on main level. Sleeps 4. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas range with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. Dishes, silverware & pans provided. Tiny Home has a smart TV which you can use to log into your streaming services. The home has a deck with a BBQ grill and picnic table.

Becky's Bed and Breakfast

The guest area includes the entire basement of our home, with it's own private entrance, a living room area, bathroom and laundry facilities as well as a small kitchenette area stocked with breakfast items. The white river and fishing are within walking distance. We are surrounded by beautiful hiking and biking areas. There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

White River Casita is a park model tiny home. It has one queen bedroom on main level in a bedroom, one queen bed in loft accessible by stairs, one queen fold out couch and additional sleeping space in loft for sleeping bags. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas range w/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. Dishes, silverware & pans provided.
