Located on a working cattle ranch five miles outside of Meeker, Colorado, the Bar 7 Bunk House is a stand-alone studio offering a fully equipped efficiency kitchen, outdoor grill, one full bathroom, a snack bar, small living room with satellite television, wifi, one double bed and on site laundry facilities. The Bunk House comes stocked with linens and towels. We have ample parking for your OHV trailers and are located on an OHV friendly road - allowing you to leave directly from our property!

Old Orchard Property- 7 min to Glenwood Springs

Enjoy a beautiful property filled with old orchard fruit trees located just minutes from Glenwood Springs or New Castle. Guests will enjoy a walk out basement living space with separate entrance, private bedroom and bathroom. Please be aware when booking this unit is attached to the main house with a separate private entrance. Walk out to a large fenced in backyard where morning coffee can be enjoyed under the apricot tree. The property is home to a family including fur babies and chickens.

Disconnect and relax at our unique and tranquil getaway close to all kinds of activities. We have Mitchell Creek Trail out the front door, and plenty of other area hiking and biking trails within 30 min. After hiking or skiing Sunlight Ski Area (30 min), head Downtown for dinner and a soak at the Hot Springs (10 min). In the summer, make the most of your trip and enjoy a float on the river or visit Glenwood Caverns. NOTE: We do not have cell service and have limited WIFI. See add’l details.

From the view of the mountains right outside the front door and deck, you can walk a few blocks to restaurants, post office, hiking trails, and the White River Museum. Meeker's location in one of the most remote areas of Colorado makes it a perfect home base for heading to the surrounding public lands including the Flat Tops Wilderness and White River. It’s also a destination for the Sheepdog Trials and Mustang Makeover.

Our log home is over 3000 square feet and will accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Canyon Creek runs adjacent to the property and offers a beautiful setting for your vacation. Full kitchen with dual ovens and microwave. Outdoor patio is perfect for your summer adventure. We are 10 minutes west of downtown Glenwood Springs, just off of Interstate 70. The home is easy to access. The town of New Castle is also 10 minutes west of the home.
