White River Haven, mountain paradise on the river

The amazing White River, full of trophy trout, runs through our yard. We also have national forests, state parks, hiking trails, OHV, snowmobile & horse rentals, boating & fishing lakes- all nearby. There are over 250 miles of OHV trails, the world's largest migrating elk herd, summer rodeo series, International sheepherding trials, and more. There's plenty to do! It's a year-round recreation destination. It is also wonderful to just sit on the deck listening to the river and watch it flow past.

Located on a working cattle ranch five miles outside of town, The Ranch House offers a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fire pit, two full bathrooms, Bath House, snack bar, dining room with gas log fireplace, living room with television, free WIFI and five bedrooms including 7 double beds, one single bed and one set of bunk beds. Meeker's location in one of the most remote areas of Colorado makes it a perfect home base for heading to the surrounding public lands including the Flat Tops Wilderness and White River. It’s also a destination for the Sheepdog Trials and Mustang Makeover.

Relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located 3 miles east of town and situated on the White River and OHV trail so you can float the river or ride the trail directly from the property. Plenty of room to park and load/unload your ATVs or snowmobiles with the White River National Forest conveniently just up the road. No fishing this private property, but it is adjacent to a public wildlife/fishing access area which is a very short walk and accessible directly from the property.

There is an outdoor patio space to enjoy the peace and quiet of the white river valley.

Located just steps to the White River and a large private community open space, with swing set, bbq grill and picnic tables. You’ll also be walking distance to several restaurants, parks, and shopping. This two-story condo is located on the second floor. The open kitchen features granite counters and an eat-in island. You’ll also have access to a private laundromat facility onsite.

Rustic Upstairs 2 Bedroom Apartment

Enjoy traditional Colorado living in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with an external entrance and all the amenities of a spacious, basic hotel suite a couple miles outside of Meeker. Family friendly, although the stairs are very steep and not recommended for everyone. Lots of parking for vehicles and trailers. Feel free to wander the hillside directly behind the home.
