Have an evening fire in the fire pit as you watch the sun set. Use the golf cart to explore the neighborhood and make the trip to the lower dock easily accessible.

Welcome to Watts Bar Wakehouse, a modern lakefront cabin in Ten Mile perched on the deep channel of Watts Bar Lake with stunning mountain views. This multi-level retreat offers brand-new furnishings, updated bathrooms, a private hot tub, and a charming barrel sauna. Relax by the fire pit, roast marshmallows, and stargaze with loved ones. Perfect for relaxation or adventure, this cabin provides the ideal setting for unforgettable memories, whether by the water or enjoying the peaceful views.

The Lake House

Welcome to our Lake House. We have a completely remodeled home on the Hiwasse river. The property is fully fenced and gated for privacy. There is a boat dock available directly on the water with water and electricity. We keep a boat here and occasionally access it for family use off site. We will inform you if we will be using it. The water level is controlled by TVA and varies seasonally, the summer level is 682, water is normally low from late fall to late spring. Ck Tva.gov for levels.

The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.
