Bring your fishing poles and/or boat and utilize the boat ramp at Cottonport Marina or the public boat ramp 2 miles away. You will have a beautiful riverfront view from the back deck, but not direct river access from the property.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin. This guesthouse sits on almost 42 acres that borders the 300 acreTWRA public hunting land. The slough in the backyard is a duck hunters dream! Also located just 10 minutes to the Dayton Boat dock, it’s a great spot for fishermen to hang their hats after a long day on the water, grill out, and relax. The carport on the cabin is a great spot to park your boat with electrical hook ups. THE OVEN DOES NOT WORK!!
