The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental & is home to my orchard & a nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark. You are welcome to access the lower acre, but it is not part of your airbnb territory.

Shangri-La hilltop craftsman home sits on a one acre lot, nestled in the hills of Ojai Valley. Quiet, serene setting. 9 miles from the ocean, 4 miles from downtown Ojai. We are pet friendly (1 dog only, no shedding) and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. This home sleeps 5 people. No events or amplified music. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We can accommodate 2 cars onsite.
