Goods exchanged include fruit and vegetables of the region such as pineapple, watermelon, sweet potato, and mango. There are 2 mountains to hike to the East (Hàm Ninh), and we'll discuss which mountain you'll do the hike. It takes 2 hours for return and you should do physical activity at a medium level. On the top of the mountain, there are many big rocks with an amazing view toward to the sea and mountain. Also, we can relax, enjoy snacks, and take beautiful photos. For me, this is the most wonderful paradise on the island :) I do meditation connecting Nature whenever I trek, hike, or go sightseeing, so if you like to do meditation to feel peace of mind inside, I will instruct you how to meditate for 15-30 minutes.
