Amy’s Local BNB is nestled among huge fir trees in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown Sebastopol. This sunny contemporary gem focuses on our commitment to local and sustainably sourced food, wine, and crafts. With a full kitchen, you can enjoy the comforts of a meal cooked “at home” from the local farmer’s market, or walk to superb local eateries. We will share maps to our favorite swimming hole on the Russian River or to ocean beaches, or introduce you to excellent local vintners.

This spot is perfect for the traveling writer or hopeless romantic and it is also: 1 mile to Glass Beach 5 miles to Mackerricher Tide Pools 10 minutes to Russian Gulch State Park 15 minutes to the village of Mendocino We pride ourselves in having easy, no-stress, check out, eco-friendly housekeeping-- 100% of our cleaning fee goes to Kelley our amazing housekeeper and co-host.

Victorian Garden Apartment - Petaluma’s West Side

The Petaluma Victorian Garden Apartment is on the ground floor (some refer to it as a basement) of a 1880s Victorian home. Petaluma’s historic downtown is only 5 blocks away from this private solar powered one bedroom apartment. You can also shop at the Petaluma Premium Outlet mall. Petaluma is centrally located to world class wineries in Sonoma and Napa Valleys and the beautiful Sonoma and Marin coasts. San Francisco is also easily accessed using the nearby freeway or public transportation.

Beautiful private studio has ocean view, large 2nd floor deck and is across the road from Caspar State Park. This 2 level space includes kitchen downstairs and living space (including your own private sauna!) upstairs. There is a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, large deck , wood floors and full bath. From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

Your second home is above our 2-car garage, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and dining area. A twin size daybed is in the living room. Local grocery stores are within a mile, a 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Rosa, 45-minute drive to the coast and little over an hour to San Francisco. We are centrally located to explore Sonoma and Napa County wineries, breweries and hiking trails. Permit #SVR23-170

2 Bedroom Flat With Short Walk to Downtown

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our 100+ year old vacation home has a classic vintage vibe with newly renovated modern touches. The upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is only half a block from downtown Cloverdale where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping and live music in the summer. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway!

Giant Redwood Guesthouse

Private cozy guest unit nestled under towering Giant Redwood and Fir trees, the Sonoma coast is 20 minutes to the west and world class wineries and microbreweries start 5 minutes to the east. Enjoy the Redwood deck with dedicated guest area, bbq fireplace, and hot tub. The hosts Jason and Kim were superhosts until Covid stopped all short term rentals last year, we are just opening back up for guests in July 2021.

The Magic Treehouse

We call our second-story studio apartment the Magic Treehouse because it is up in the trees that enhance the view and provide a magical ambience. The high ceilings add an openness that is very relaxing. It is within walking distance from downtown Sebastopol and close to many other fun and beautiful places. Come check it out! Located in the heart of historic downtown Fort Bragg Ca, our space offers a convenient place to relax while you enjoy all that Fort Bragg has to offer. Steps away you’ll find shopping boutiques, restaurants, North Coast Brewery, the Skunk Train, Guest House Museum, art galleries, and you’re just less than a mile from the famous Glass Beach.
