With design furniture and views on the island’s iconic XVII century buildings, the flat is quiet, comfortable and comes equipped with a home cinema and smart TV. As this is our home, we don’t accept any pets, parties or groups.

Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Cozy and arty flat on the last floor and under the roof, overhanging one very cool place in Paris, with bars, restaurants, bakery, trattoria, wine shop... and the most important, sunny terraces! The flat remains perfectly silent nonetheless. Near by, you'll find the Buttes Chaumont, the Canal Saint Martin and the Parc la Villette to relax a bit. Towards the centre, the Marais.
