au sixième étage ,ascenseur, donnant sur une cour très calme.Refait à neuf. Très  « safe » (surtout si vous êtes une femme).J’habite l’immeuble. Idéal pour explorer la ville de Paris, mais aussi notre quartier très parisien et très sympathique. Beaucoup de petits commerces et des transports . Je me ferais un plaisir de vous donner toutes les astuces et de vous conseiller les meilleurs endroits du quartier. Je suis flexible sur les heures d’arrivée et de départ et je peux garder votre bagage.

Charmant appartement parisien tout équipé et joliment décoré. En plein cœur du quartier très vivant de Belleville, ce deux-pièces très lumineux offre de jolis points de vue sur le parc de Belleville et l’église de Ménilmontant. Ce quartier bobo-chic très agréable propose une ambiance très parisienne, avec de nombreux cafés, restaurants et animations culturelles. Il s’agit de mon propre appartement : vous aurez l’impression d’être chez vous, pour une expérience typiquement parisienne.

I am a decorator and interior architect, and I would be delighted to welcome you to my apartment, which was completely renovated and decorated with great care four years ago. I collect vintage pieces and mementos from my travels, and it also serves as my workspace and painting studio ! It's a spacious and bright one-bedroom, very well located, close to subways, restaurants, and just a stone's throw from the Atelier des Lumières.

Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.
