This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Peaceful & Relaxing Country Home

Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

1 bedroom apartment with its own entrance. Sofa folds into a standard bed. 2-3 adults maximum. Heat/cool system. TV, no cable. NO STOVE OR OVEN. WIFI available. Washer/Dryer in apartment for guest. Kitchenette with dishes and towels. Two miles from the 99 freeway and downtown dining/entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. Golf course views from living, dining, and kitchen areas. 15 minutes’ walk to the beach, Country Club/Grill, and community pool. Sleeps up to 10 people + additional air bad available. The deck is well shaded by beautiful oak and pine trees and gets a nice breeze. Inside laundry, washer/dryer stays.
