Sync with horses on the Homestead
Turn off your busy clock and experience a unique time with horses. Connecting with horses is good for your mind and soul. This experience is beneficial for all people and does not include riding. Researchers have explored the horse/human relationship in recent years, particularly the therapeutic benefits of interacting with horses. You’re not imagining the positive feelings that come from hanging out with a horse, but there’s more behind those good vibes than you may realize. It’s tied up in the heart, based in science, and is both fascinating and enlightening. Horses are emotional, soulful animals. They intuitively read our emotions as well, and they’re masters at understanding body language. Horse speak to humans in a language , which much of it is heart-to-heart communication. Anyone who’s spent significant time with a horse can give a nod to this. Studies showed, when we are around horses, the human heart rate is dropping to a frequency it does not normally go to in humans! But one that is common in horses. This is why we feel so relaxed around horses. We offer guest to sync with horses in their personal prefered way. Is this to sit on the outside of the paddock and wach them eating, or walk with the horse in the pasture, or more hands on and brush or just pet the horses. How ever do you feel comfortable.
