Bodos Hut sits in the heart of our woodland offering immersive sounds of wildlife, privacy & a relaxing experience. From the luxury of the cosy cabin, you can enjoy a dining experience inside the Hut or step outside and dine amongst the nature of the woodland. Braeside Cottage is a cosy private space in peaceful surroundings centrally located for the amenities of Hexham. An ideal base for exploring both Hexham and the surrounding Tynedale Valley famous for its Roman history including Hadrian's Wall and Vindolanda, or visit Kielder Forest with its world renowned dark skies and observatory. You will have your own private outdoor area with seating, fire pit and BBQ. Private off road parking provided. Pets are welcome.

Stay somewhere truly unique in this beautifully converted former GP surgery, now a spacious and comfortable bungalow. The property sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, making it ideal for families, groups, and contractors. Enjoy a secure gated garden for children and pets, plus a fixed hot tub set inside a soundproof summer house. Free parking is available, with Newcastle city centre just 10 minutes away & the coast 15 minutes .

Grange Cottage

The Grange is a very large cottage which can now sleep up to 11 people in four bedrooms. Over the last few months, we have done a lot of work to upgrade this cottage. We have replaced the main bathroom, and fitted a new kitchen (now with a dishwasher !!) Originally, this was 2 cottages, and we have now repurposed the second living room to be another double bedroom. If you have a large group of people, there is another table and more chairs in the cottage.

TINY HOME Railway Carriage No.1 - Stunning Views

At the end of a wooded lane, through a farm gate, two 1930s cargo rail carriages recovered from the North East Railway have been transformed into cosy retreats at Lockhaugh Farm. Carriage No. 1 is one of four unique rentals, uniquely positioned where Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Northumberland converge. Wild swimming, fishing, cycling and endless walks are just beyond the gate. Star-filled skies, owls, deer and badgers await.
