Located centrally in Greetland with nice bars / restaurant's / public transport links all within walking distance. A spacious, detached and self-contained one bedroom flat - access via steps with handrail. It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

We converted the Old Piggery over 20 years ago, and have recently done a full refurbishment. It now has a cosy snug with a sofa as well as a lounge with far-reaching views. There is an ensuite bathroom and downstairs, a shower and toilet. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor with a king-sized, chunky farmhouse bed with an extremely comfortable mattress. The lounge area has a Laura Ashley sofa and snuggle chair positioned to take in a far-reaching views or a 43 inch TV if you prefer!

Smithy Cottage Holmbridge, Holmfirth

Smithy Cottage is a purpose furnished self catering holiday let and offers excellent accommodation for 4-5 people. It is not a party or reunion venue. The location is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and visitors to Holmfirth Picturedrome and the many nearby wedding locations. Regarding dogs, prior consent is required. There is a £10 fee per dog per stay, maximum two dogs. Please refer to the rules below in 'Other details to note'.
