Our lovely cottage has the best of both worlds; set in a village (with 3 pubs) only a train ride away from Birmingham (25 mins) or Lichfield (5 mins). The NEC is only a 25 minute commute Enjoy a log fire in our cosy lounge during winter or a BBQ and a game of table tennis in our garden during the summer! Quaint country cottage 15 mins fr Stratford.

Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. With garden-room, a covered terrace and fire-pit. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

Polly Cottage

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.
