Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of Florence, in Piazza della Signoria. The apartment features a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a lovely kitchenette, and a large living area. The living space is cozy and bright, with access to a small balcony offering breathtaking views of the square. The apartment also includes a second bathroom with a shower. To reach the elevator, you’ll need to climb 20 steps. There may be noise caused by tourists, is not predictable.

Walk up the stone staircase and enter into a charming space that's been totally renovated, enhancing details such as high wooden ceilings and traditional stone walls. Among the Italian antiques, a 17th-century oil painting over the fireplace stands out. A place filled with a sense of history, with all the modern conveniences you may need, located in S.Croce area on the FIRST ITALIAN FLOOR (20 steps from the front door) of a small building of the XVI Century. The apartment is on two levels.

The apartment sits in the heart of the Oltrarno, part of the historic city center, south of the river. Nearby Brancacci Chapel is home to Renaissance frescoes by Masaccio and Masolino.

L'appartamento fu eretto nel Rinascimento ( intorno al 1550 ) e si trova in centro a Firenze, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni principale SANTA MARIA NOVELLA. L'abitazione è dotata di tantissime comodità , dall'aria condizionata centralizzata a molti altri servizi per un soggiorno in completo relax . Tutte le attrazioni tra cui il Duomo e Piazza Signoria sono molto vicine. Nella stessa strada della casa ci sono tre ottimi RISTORANTI che consiglio vivamente di provare .
