Entrando in cantina è possibile apprendere la costituzione del suolo delle nostre colline che godono di una composizione minerale unica al mondo, è possibile vedere e toccare con mano la stratificazione del suolo dal Miocene ad oggi! l'esperienza prosegue in cantina dove è possibile vedere tutte le fasi della vinificazione, dalla vendemmia all'affinamento in barricaia. infine la degustazione dei vini, alla scoperta dei profumi anche grazie all'ausilio di aromi per imparare ad "addestrare l'olfatto" come un vero sommelier! i vini sono abbinati a prodotti del territorio selezionati dalle migliori aziende agricole. in più punti del percorso è possibile igenizzare le mani, o lavarle con acqua e sapone. Se il tempo permette potremo fare la degustazione all'aperto in giardino. You will have one of a kind, truly authentic experience packed with fun and action! In the heart of the nature, you will be tuning into your senses to discover and connect with nature. You will join me and my trained dog Gemma, and my highly experienced truffle hunter fellow Santo, and his trained dog Vasco to get an introduction to the magical and mysterious world of truffles. You will be exploring the art of finding these gastronomic treasures! - 8.00 am we will meet in Turin and we will take you to our secret places - out of the city in the forest. -we will have a coffee break in the village where we find truffles. - we will give you an introduction to truffles, where they grow, qualities and rules about searching them. - we will be walking and searching for truffles, (white or black depending on the season) in the forest with the help of our beloved, talented dogs Gemma and Vasco. You will actively take part in the truffle hunt, learn how to recognise truffles and how to dig them up - we will have a lunch in a typical Italian trattoria. Vieni a conoscere il più simpatico degli animali: l'ALPACA, i suoi comportamenti, le sue abitudini, il modo corretto di avvicinarti al branco. Dopo una piccola parte di accoglienza con i nostri 17 alpaca si parte poi con una passeggiata facile con alpaca a guinzaglio di circa 1h30 nei dintorni dell'allevamento tra natura, panorami sulla valle centrale, villaggi tipici e resti medievali. Il percorso si snoda tra sentieri e stradine di montagna, percorriamo anche un tratto della via francigena.

I nostri ospiti saranno accolti da me e mia moglie Sara presso il paddock dove pascolano gli animali in attesa della partenza per la passeggiata. Per noi è prioritario che gli ospiti vengano educati al rispetto dell'animale, quindi spiegheremo loro le caratteristiche distintive, alimentari e comportamentali di alpaca e lama e mostreremo loro come approcciarsi e condurli durante la passeggiata. Una delle caratteristiche di questi animali è la docilità e l'incedere lento, che rendono rilassante la loro compagnia. Gli animali non verranno cavalcati ma condotti alla lunghina. Prima della partenza li raduneremo e ne assegneremo uno ad ogni ospite, e per ciascuno ne descriveremo le peculiarità caratteriali, perchè ogni animale è diverso dagli altri. Si camminerà in fila indiana e durante il percorso noi saremo sempre a disposizione per rispondere a domande e curiosità o per aiutare chi ne avesse bisogno. Al rientro gli ospiti avranno la possibilità di dare ai loro compagni d'avventura un piccolo premio in cibo, da noi fornito e visionare i manufatti in lana. The experience is to learn more about the magical world of Langhe wines. We will start with a little walk around the hazelnut groove and the vineyards, trying to understand what's the difference - starting from the vine itself - between the 7 grape varieties of our hill. Then we will walk through the winery: vinification and maturation, oak aging, bottling, labeling and storage of bottles. The tour will continue with a wine tasting in our big and bright tasting room.
