Cozy, quiet one bedroom apartment

My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Located in Laulasmaa, 35km from Tallinn. Perfect getaway from big city life to enjoy peaceful and relaxing vacation. Nearby beach, sea, Laulasmaa SPA, Michelin guided restaurant Wicca. Modern, compact, very comfortable apartment in a quite and safe area. Just 3 min walk to Old Town (Fat Margaret’s Tower) ! Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

The apartment is located by the sea and has a sea view. The apartment is very family friendly and spacious. Within walking distance is the large shopping center Rocca Al Mare, the Open Air Museum and across the street is the Tallinn Zoo. The public transport connection to the city is also very close. The apartment is located approx. 20 minutes to the city center by public transport. The cultural kilometer for walking by the sea passes right under the window.

Our wonderful, cosy seaside house awaits You. From the windows You will have a view on the sea. The seaside house is located just 40 minutes away from Tallinn, in a beautiful seaside village called Kolga-Aabla, where the sea and the beach can be reached within a 10 minute walk. The modern house with all its luxuries will be kept cool during warm summer weathers with an air conditioner. From the garden You can enjoy the refreshing sea breeze or the sunset.
