Hidden away from sight behind picturesque Front Street, surrounded by nature, Pheasant Cottage nestles in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage offers quintessential country living as well as modern luxury for 2 people. With its own entrance from the main street, the cottage is the perfect bolthole for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

Beautiful secluded cottage - Lincolnshire Wolds.

Langham House sits at the foot of the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds designated as an area of natural beauty. The cottage has 2 acres of land surrounding it for relaxation, wildlife watching, games and sports, stargazing or simply relaxing. There is car parking for several cars. The cottage has a large dining kitchen, utility room, cosy sitting room with wood burner and 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people. There is 1 bathroom with large shower. Outside you will find ample seating and large BBQ.

The Stables

Spacious 4-bed, 2-bath apartment with open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Two king and two super-king bedrooms include desks, wardrobes, TVs and Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, toaster and fridge. Large private entrance hall ideal for bike, buggy or equipment storage, plus private parking. Perfectly located for Lincoln, Woodhall Spa, Cadwell Park and Market Rasen Racecourse & Golf Club, with easy access to the Wolds Cycling Route, Cleethorpes and Skegness.

Our beautiful and spacious cottage is on a picturesque street in the heart of Tealby. Next door you can enjoy a delightful, lunch, afternoon tea or coffee and cake in The Vintage Tearooms, which is also owned by us, see our website for details. Delicious evening meals a few minutes stroll at the oldest thatched pub in Lincolnshire The Kings Head’ and locally made provisions a few steps in the opposite direction at Tealby village community shop. Miles of beautiful walks right on the doorstep

Enola (previously 'Annex'), Ludford, Mkt Rasen

Clean modernised 100 year old cottage with oil central heating, double glazed recently decorated. Used for family visitors and holiday makers. Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Hot Tub - Countryside Views - Spridlington

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
