Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Beautiful sunsets, bald eagles, osprey, and water fowl viewed from the dock across the street. Close to Baltimore and 5 miles from 95. Local dining, shopping, parks, and golf course, tennis court at the school. No smoking , vaping or pot allowed inside or outside.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. You will have private parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.

The River Cottage

Take it easy in this unique cottage built in the 1800s nestled upon the Granite Cliffs of Port Deposit Maryland. While enjoying your tranquil get away you’re minutes from local shops, local dining, local wineries, local breweries and a local marina. There is plenty of sightseeing and wildlife. If you enjoy fishing and kayaking it’s just a short distance away.
