Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Close to Tupgill Park, Forbidden Corner

Set in the picturesque village of Wensley, this property offers an enclosed rear patio garden with garden furniture and panoramic views from the front of the property over to Pen Hill and across to Witton Fell, looking across the River Ure. Wensley has a village pub and church and is a couple of miles from Leyburn which has several pubs, tea rooms, supermarkets, florists and lots more. You can walk along the River Ure up to Redmire and Aysgarth Falls, also walks to Leyburn and beyond.

The Bolthole is a delightful dog-friendly 2-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of bustling Leyburn, ideal for two adults and two children. Sunnyside Cottage is a recently renovated stylish cottage in the beautiful vibrant village of Hampsthwaite which boasts a local shop, public house, cafe and hairdressers/beauticians together with its own idyllic church. Hampsthwaite is nestled in the Yorkshire Dales with many local attractions on its doorstep. Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
