Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Il se situe au pied de la piste cyclable faisant le tour du lac, à 7 min à pied de la plage et restaurants, à 15 min de la vieille ville en vélo, 20 min en voiture du Col de la Forclaz (paradis du parapente) et à 30 min en voiture de la station de ski La Clusaz.
