Park City is only 20 minutes away and the home is almost equally distanced from 6 major ski resorts (EPIC,IKON).

The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Mountain/Town Guest House

Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.
