Charming and Serene 1919 Escape

**Please read before booking** Share leisurely dinners under the ornate metal gazebo at a light-flooded residence brimming with character. The soothing shades of gray at this private, split-level (living room, bathroom, and kitchen upstairs, bedroom downstairs) 800 square foot guest house lead to tranquility and rest amongst the fragrant, climbing roses of the private garden. Please note there are two sets of stairs in this apartment. **In light of COVID-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of our guests. If you have any additional questions, please ask.** This guesthouse is a gorgeous split-level guest house in the Liberty Wells neighborhood. On the top floor is a lounge area, full kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom. On the bottom floor is the bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a queen-size air mattress and a pack-N-play to accommodate any number of guests. You will have access to the entire guest house. We can be available to you, should you need us. While you may not see us you will probably meet our Scottish Terrier, Tater, in the yard! Liberty Wells is just south of downtown Salt Lake City. A mile-long walk or drive reaches Liberty Park and the 9th district, which is peppered with unique restaurants and shops, while Alchemy Coffee and vintage shops are just a few blocks away. Walking is very easy. However, a car can be helpful depending on what you plan to do. There is a bus stop a block away that will take you around the city. And Lyft or Uber will can take you just about anywhere for less than $10. A couple things we've heard from former guests: -There are stairs in the apartment, and because it was built in 1919, they are narrow. There is a hand railing. -The bedroom and bathroom are on separate floors. -We are located at the end of a dead end street, which makes parking challenging. We have a certain neighbor who is very vocal about "his parking spot," in front of his home; however, it is all public street parking. -Because the building was built in 1919, guests have tripped the breaker when too many appliances were plugged in at once. We recommend using one appliance at a time.

Bright Sugarhouse Guesthouse

This Sugarhouse sanctuary provides you with peace and seclusion, all while being conveniently located. It has tons if natural light and all the amenities you need. Walkable or drive than 5 minutes to a variety of restaurants. Close to Sugarhouse, UofU, Westmin, and only 10 minutes to downtown. Hit the slopes in under 30 minutes and then cozy up in an amazing king-size platform bed to recover! The Cottage suites, in Herriman with a Hot Tub!

Beautifully renovated garage, turned into a large apartment suite. This space offers all the conveniences of a home. Everything inside is brand new, and beautifully designed. In the back of the suite there is an eight person private hot tub to enjoy! The suite is in a wonderful location, near shopping centers, movie theaters, quick access to highways, walking trails, with beautiful views. The suite is completely detached and separate from the house, along with it’s own driveway.

Mountain/Town Guest House

Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.

Adorable 2-bedroom guesthouse + loft w/ parking

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You are a short drive away from Downtown, SLC airport, Lagoon amusement park, and easy access to the highway. This house also offers a huge screen theater experience to entertain the whole family. Bedrooms also have their own smart TVs. FYI: There is a ladder to climb to the loft NO STAIRS One parking space available on driveway. Check in after 4pm Check out 10am

Such a great location. Quiet upscale neighborhood. Very safe. Sorry, no events or parties. Sleeps 6 people. 1-bedroom with loft. 3 total beds. Private pickleball court. Easy access to walking, biking, and hiking trails in Utah Valley and only 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Private parking and a fully fenced large lawn to enjoy with a fire pit, hammock, and more. The mountain views are stunning. You'll love it here!
