On the hillside below Riber Castle the property is surrounded by horse pastures and farmland. There are stunning views from every window. This cosy cottage is a perfect base for exploring the countryside, with numerous walks from the door and two pubs just a mile away in the village. Relax in our hot tub with stunning views or warm up by the wood burning stove after a winter walk. The enclosed cottage garden has a patio where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Dogs welcome!

Fairfield Loft, Ashover - Village hideaway for two

Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep. Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind. There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down in one of the friendly local pubs.

Fox Cottage at Yew Tree Farm

Fox Cottage is easy to access by car, train or bus via Matlock. Located on the edge of The Peak District, natural beauty is in every direction. Two great food pubs within easy walk. There is so much to see and do nearby. Gardens, industrial heritage sites, stately homes, outdoor activities, ancient sites, river promenades. Something for everyone and every season.
