Das gemütliche Landhaus bietet einen ruhigen Aufenthalt als Ausgleich zwischen Natur und Stadt. Erlebt ruhige Tage mit dezenten Geräuschen (Hühner, Schafe, teils Pferde und Kühe) sowie dumpfen Klängen der Dorfkirche als auch der Lößnitzgrundbahn (je nach Windrichtung). Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es euch, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der historischen Städte Meißen, Dresden, Radebeul und Coswig sowie das Naherholungsgebiet Moritzburg teils auch zu Fuß als auch per Fahrrad / Bus zu erkunden.

In dieser charmanten Jugendstilvilla (1906) wurden Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad in der 1. Etage für dich liebevoll und mit besonderem Ambiente eingerichtet. Im idyllischen Muldental kannst du Radfahren, lange Spaziergänge im Grünen unternehmen, oder kreativ arbeiten. Den großen Garten mit seinen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, den Wintergarten sowie eine finnische Sauna darfst du gerne mit uns teilen. Wir bewohnen das Erdgeschoss und bereiten dir auf Wunsch auch ein Frühstück zu.
