Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Guesthouse Paradies Samerberg - ein magischer Ort.

Unser Guesthouse liegt absolut ruhig u uneinsehbar am Dorfrand von Törwang mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf die Hochries und ins Inntal. Im Sommer 2020 wurden 2 Niedrig-Energie-Holzhäuser aus heimischen Hölzern komplett schadstofffrei erbaut. Ein Ort des Loslassen, des Durchatmens. Mit eignem Garten u Süd-West-Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schreinerküche, Esstisch und Schlafsofa mit Federkern-Matratze (200 x 160 cm) und einem Schlafzimmer & Bad mit Dusche.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The 150m² holiday apartment is ideal for families who want to holiday in the mountains and in nature together with grandparents, grandchildren or friends. Groups of friends up to 10 people will also be happy about this spacious, modern apartment. Breakfast can be booked next door. Absolute Alleinlage und doch mitten in der Europasportregion Kaprun, Zell am See. Ihr könnt euch in unserer Hütte gut dem Alltag entziehen, und gemütliche Tage im Rahmen eurer Familien oder mit Freunden verbringen. Unser neuestes Highlight ist ein Smoker inklusive Anleitungsbuch. Unsere Hütte ist bestens geeignet für 2 bis 4 Personen. Strom + Wasser vorhanden.

Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof in 1098m Höhe

Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem kleinen Plateau auf 1098 Meter auf der Sonnenseite des Zillertals. Super Aussicht ins Zillertal. Das ganze Hause wurde 2010 neu gebaut. Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.
