Villa Ginger by Heritage Retreat

Heritage Sunset Retreat Zanzibar is a fully secured development of 5 villas, within the gazetted area of the Old Portugese Fort of Fukuchani village, 10mn away from Kendwa and Nungwi villages. The villas seats on historic area, with the Old Fort being part and parcel of the development, less than 10 meters away from the sandy beach overlooking the turtle-sanctuary island of Tumbatu. The villa is private, with a private pool and private entry.

Guesthouse with a private bathroom, kitchen and outside sitting area. Big garden and shared swimming pool (only with me and my family). Wifi (20 Mb/s) available and included. The room is being cleaned once per week for longer stays. And there is a washing machine free to use if needed. It's 20-25 minutes walking to Nungwi or Kendwa beach, or 5 minutes with a car or tuktuk. We help you to arrange transport if needed 😊

One bedroom air-con Villa beach front , set in private gated compound surrounded by coconut trees , fruit trees and a tropical garden in the quiet village of Matemwe . The villa has its own beachfront lounging area and seating areas . NB there is another property in the compound which is rented separately . It has its own garden and lounging areas . The access to the beach ( path) is shared .
