Beautiful unique house with a taste of wilderness

This is a peaceful little getaway with a lot of options. The home is nestled in the trees right on the Willow Creek Greenbelt, with a trail, ancient trees, and babbling Willow creek. The greenbelt is accessed from the back of the lot. Amidst the beautiful juniper, piñon, and ponderosa pines on the lot are beautiful mountain views from the back yard and the house. It a perfect place to reconnect with nature. There is a steep staircase (with a sturdy hand rail) to the bedroom to be aware of.

The Aerie

A peaceful place nestled in the piñon/juniper forest, with the 14,000’ Sangre de Cristo peaks to the east and the San Luis Valley stretching west. Stunning sunsets! Very private. Hot tub. 10 minute drive to Crestone, near hiking trails and the numerous spiritual centers. This is also a great base camp for climbing Challenger Point and Kit Carson Peak. Great Sand Dunes National Park is a one hour drive. Three commercial hot springs near by. Dark Sky Community. No pets or smoking. Come, enjoy!

This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.

About one hour from Great Sand Dunes, as well as Monarch and Wolf Creek ski resorts. Please, no pets or smoking/vaping inside or outside premises.

Private off street parking for one vehicle. Convenient walking distance to Downtown Westcliffe. A mini kitchen with a induction hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator should you choose to cook in. Level one and level 2 EV charging is available...please bring your own cord.
