Sandstone views, outdoor area with private hot tub, can be kept cool in hot weather just message your preference. Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards,. Orchard surrounds 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Top of the Mesa Lookout Tower

Centrally located in the Grand Valley, on the edge of a Redlands Mesa, sits our Southwestern adobe style house. An outside staircase takes you up to the tower guest room. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. The vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows make the solargon bright and inviting.
