Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Med 15 min med bil till Göteborg ligger denna villa på 140+140 kvd med många sociala ytor och stor trädgård. På baksidan av huset finns en stor insynsskyddad altan med gasolgrill, matplats, och lounge del. Parkering finns för flera bilar. Boendet har 4 sovrum 2 badrum. 2 st 160 sängar, 1 st 120 och en 90 säng. Två min promenad till Ica och busshållplats. 12 min till Liseberg med bil, 30 min med buss. Finnsjön finns i närheten med bad, motionsspår, elljusspår, utegym, cykel och vandringsstigar

Sommarhuset

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Lillstugan

Om du vill ha ett lugnt och enkelt boende med unikt lummigt läge, nära både Göteborg och Landvetter flygplats, då är min stuga för dig! Gäststugan ligger i ena änden av tomten, med egen altan i en trädgård med väldigt mycket grönska. Landvettersjön ligger ca 250m bort och fina ställen för bad, både vid offentlig strand en bit bort eller precis nedanför vår väg där det är mer privat åtkomst. Nära till fin natur, kollektivtrafik in till stan eller bara stanna njut av stugan och trädgården.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Welcome to this cozy 30 sqm boathouse with a stunning view over Lake Aspen – perfect for nature lovers looking for peace and relaxation. The cottage sits right by the water and features a small kitchen, a living area, and a sleeping loft. The bathroom and toilet are located 30 meters away from the cottage in the basement of the main building. Enjoy morning coffee by the lake, take a dip in the clear water, go fishing or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Welcome to our newly built home! We offer a wonderful stay in our modern house with 2.5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet on the upper floor. Perfectly located close to both the pulse of the city and scenic surroundings. 350 m to the lake, 10km to Liseberg and 10km to Landvetter airport. Bed linen and towels included. Please note that noise from the motorway may occur when you are outdoors.
