Boendet är beläget på en lugn gata nära sjö. Här lever ni ett lugnt och naturskönt liv med Göteborg på nära håll. Till Göteborg tar ni er med bil alternativt buss på 20 min. Hpl Liseberg. Från Liseberg når ni Rondo, Scandinavium och Ullevi inom 5-10 minuters gångavstånd. Löpspår, vandringsleder, och bad hittar ni 200 meter från huset. Golf och stort shoppingcenter inom 5 min. Boendet lämpar sig för familjen, par eller vänner. Laddbox för elbil finns (extra kostnad tillkommer).

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.

Bokningsregler: Endast skötsamma familjer och vuxna över 28 år får boka på grund av tidigare skador och fester utan städning.

Fiske är tillåtet med fiskekort som ni köper på Ifiske sök på fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. Men fiske för barn tom 14 år är GRATIS. STÄDNING utförs av gästen, men man kan köpa till städning för 3000:- sek

Now a cozy and charming home for 1–6 guests (up to 8-10 possible), with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (2017), two spacious lofts (2024), and a small ground-floor bedroom (2025) – great for kids or anyone avoiding stairs. The lush garden offers lovely social areas, perfect for BBQs and relaxing outdoors.
