Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

A unique hand crafted resort, boasting a natural rustic look with full modern connectivity. Our loft is 4 miles from Monaghan town, population 10,000approx. It is located roughly an hour and a half from Dublin and Belfast. Local amenities include 18 hole golf course and driving range, Rossmore Forest park (1.5miles), cinema, leisure centre, a number of pubs and restaurants (4 miles), Glaslough Castle and Equestrian centre (7 miles). There are numerous local lakes for fishing and the Bragan region offers various walking trails.

It offers stunning views from the hot tub and walking distance to both Tullynawood fishing lake and Darkley lake. We are approximately 3 miles to Keady town and 30 minutes to Armagh city. Located near the Monaghan boarder and part of the Monaghan walking path. 1 hour to Belfast 1.5 hours to Dublin

Keepers House, Castle Leslie Estate

A cut stone period two bed house, recently renovated and formerly the game keepers house, located in the heart of the Castle Leslie Estate. The house sits at the top of a small hill, with views of a lake through the trees that surround the house. Perfect for quiet get aways with friends or the family as well as those visiting for weddings and events at Castle Leslie.

Distiller's Lodge

The Distiller's Lodge is based on the grounds of Old Carrick Mill Distillery. This private 1 bedroom Lodge has its own hot tub , sauna and plunge bath - all using natural mineral water from our private wells on site. Double Shower ✅️ and kitchen. This stay is truly unique✨️ Private tours of the distillery are also available upon request and availability.
