Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Le studio est au 7e étage Sans ascenseur. Nous vous prions à prévoir des valises appropriées. Transports, commerces, parcs à proximité. L'Arc du Triomphe, Champs Elysées à 15 -20 min à pied/ métro. Kitchenette équipée, séjour avec canapé-lit (couchage rapide), salle d’eau et WC (lavabo, douche et toilettes).

A peaceful, quiet retreat right in the heart of the Batignolles district, just steps from the bustling Rue de Lévis. The area is full of restaurants and shops, and is very well connected, with 3 metro stations less than a 5-minute walk: Villiers (lines 2 and 3) and Pont Cardinet (line 14 and L to Versailles).

In the surroundings you have supermarket, bakery, good restaurants, market... From CDG airport the taxi journey is about 30 minutes. The Arc de Triomphe-Etoile is 1 minute subway or 5 minutes walk. Your arrival is autonomous, the lock of the apartment is connected which allows to open with a code.

It is a well-maintained, bright, painted in 2024 with a new kitceh . very quiet and comfortable studio, in which I live all year round. Between the Batignolles and the Arc de Triomphe, the view from the 6th floor (without elevator) overlooks the roofs. It has its own shower room, toilet, and kitchenette. Entire rented accommodation for 1 careful person, I insist on the careful side…
