Luxury shepherd’s hut in rural Herefordshire. A perfect retreat to escape and unwind, the cosy hut overlooks stunning views of the surrounding Herefordshire countryside. The hut has a full-size double bed and wood stove for those chillier evenings. Adjacent to the hut is another character building that boasts a luxury walk-in waterfall shower, flushing toilet and heated towel rail, fluffy towels are also provided. There is also a well equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso coffee machine.

This large Shepherd's Hut has been hand-built to offer bespoke luxery accommodation in the heart of the countryside. Quality finishes have been provided throughout to provide guests with a comfortable, unique experience during their stay. Located close to the Wye Valley (AONB), the hut offers far reaching views as well as a fantastic location from which to explore the local area. Switch off in our romantic gypsy caravan nestled in a peaceful five acre organic vineyard with stunning views down the Trothy Valley. Relax in the wood-fired sauna, take a bath under the stars or cook over the outdoor fire pit. In the cool eco-cabin you can curl up on the sofa while dinner is in the oven. The caravan is cosy all year round with its own wood burning stove. Nearby: excellent pub (40 mins walk), Michelin-star Walnut Tree, walks, castles, mountains and market town of Abergavenny.

Cosy all seasons Shepherd's Hut on 3 Castles Walk

Relax with the sounds of birds and nature in this unique place. Our purpose-built super cosy Shepherd's Hut is directly on the Three Castles Walk, tucked away in a private corner of the field next to our own Eco home. Outside, there's a gazebo with table and chairs and a smoker barbeque. You can lie in bed watching the sheep and cattle in the distance or you can relax with a movie on the large screen. It's the most peaceful location we have ever lived in, and we'd love you to experience it.

Dulas Valley Shepherds Hut + hot tub with views

Our cosy, beautifully fitted Shepherd's Hut with its own wood-fired hot tub is perfect for a romantic rural getaway. Nestled on the fringes of mature woodland on a small working farm, the hut is secluded with open views over the breathtaking Dulas Valley in rural Herefordshire. Relax in the private outside area, with charcoal barbeque, hammock and fire pit, and explore local walks, pubs, market towns and historical sites. Dogs are welcome. This delightful shepherd’s hut is hidden in a private orchard on Duffield's Farm, right in the heart of the Wye Valley. Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bed, a welcoming log burner, and a small fridge for your essentials. Step outside to your own covered outdoor kitchen, with a wood-fired pizza oven, induction hob, and a sink with hot and cold running water-perfect for al fresco cooking. As the evening sets in, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the stars in this peaceful rural setting.

Our fully-insulated shepherd's hut offers a genuinely off-grid experience. The hut is South-facing, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside - and nothing else! Our land is well served by public footpaths (though none come near the hut), with walks to suit all standards. (Our favourite is to the pub, which will take you about 40 minutes.) Your only companions are sheep, wild animals and birds. You have the exclusive use of a compost loo and eco-shower, located near the hut.
