This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Come relax at our comfortable basement apartment with private outside entrance. We're only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

There is ample parking and room to put an ATV trailer on side of the house. Covered patio in back of house with BBQ, relax and enjoy the clean country air. It's a Gem!

THE MUSTARD HOUSE

The Mustard house offers a quiet spot centrally located in Richfield. You will be able to enjoy easy access to the best local restaurants, event centers as well the scenic mountain trail system. This area has some of the best kept secret Mt. Biking and Off-Road riding in Central Utah. The home itself is a uniquely built heritage home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a covered patio with its own sitting and dinning table, as well as a half court basketball hoop.

Wildland Gardens House w/Hot Tub

The main house sits on our 10 acre boutique farm/camp, Wildland Gardens. Our unique home has 2 bedrooms & a common area sleeping space. We have a total of 1 King and 3 Queen beds. It is convenient, relaxing & beautiful; a perfect stop while traveling cross-country or visiting Utah's Big 5 National Parks. Hiking, mountain biking, river rafting, ATV trails and Mystic Hot Springs are nearby. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Guests have private access to our Hot tub and patio.

Modern studio living with a queen bed, full Kitchen and large bathroom. Featuring all new amenities with the comforts of home. This studio is the perfect home base camp for all of your outdoor adventures. Whether it be visiting the National Parks, fishing, hiking, or ATV riding. Choose to watch TV or use the free WIFI to surf the internet. There are a few cafe's in town one being right across the road from the apartment building.

Escape to a perfect small-town getaway nestled near the stunning Monroe Mountains, just off I-70. This charming property offers easy access to golfing, four wheeling, hiking, and fishing in the summer, as well as snowmobiling, snow shoeing and ice fishing in the winter. Located close to natural hot springs it's the ideal spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Capital Reef and Fish Lake.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. It has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.

Sunrise Haven Suite

This new construction one bedroom, one bathroom suite is nestled in the Monroe Valley with beautiful views of the Monroe Mountains and surrounding farmlands. The property includes a queen size bed, washer & dryer, full kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ grill. Enjoy the many breathtaking views, sunrises, and sunsets from the private patio. This space is centrally located to many desirable destinations and activities.
