The Fish House

The Fish House is nestled in the outskirts of Bozeman, Montana located on the Gallatin River, and geared for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s also located across the street to Cottonwood Golf Course. It is centrally located to Bridger Bowl-27 miles , Big Sky-45 miles, BozemanYellowstone Int'l Airport-15 miles, and Yellowstone National Park-84 miles...and only 8 miles to Bozeman. Come enjoy a stay at the Fish House, on one of the best fly fishing rivers in the world right out your back patio! The Fish house has many state of the art features. The entry to the house is accessed with your phone on an app. Hue lighting and motion lighting helps to illumine the space, inside as well as outside. High speed internet, and access to Apple TV are provided. The Fish house, though only 750 sq ft, has all the comforts of home. It has radiant heat in the floors. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, gas range and microwave. The bathroom with its high end fixtures, creates an unique space with the driftwood walk in shower and touch controls. The outdoor space is one of the most relaxing areas around. There are steps leading you to the Gallatin river, with rock boulder steps for access to the river. There's a brand new Weber Gas grill on patio. And when the weather allows, there are lounging chairs by the river or lounging chairs on the patio. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap or book. Guests can park right in front of the Fish house. The owners, Todd & Traci live next door in the River House, which they are currently renovating . They are typically available if needed, but allow guests to have their own space. Both Todd and Traci grew up in Bozeman, so are quite familiar with the area and its amenities, as well. The Fish House is unique in being in the country across the street from Cottonwood golf course & on the Gallatin river, but only minutes away from local restaurants, shopping and gas. There are 3 main buildings on the property, with the Fish house being the center one with the lit Driftwood Tree in the center. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay!

Welcome to romantic, rustic log cabin sanctuary. NO SMOKERS/PETS. Relax surrounded by rushing waters and nature. Inside, cozy warmth, fluffy robes, bottle of wine, & snack. Upstairs is open living with gas fireplace. Each of the lower bedrooms have views of creek and woods. Outdoor decks with comfortable seating, hot tub, and fire pit are just steps from the creek. The cabin feels secluded but is only 3 miles to town, surrounded by hiking trails, and close to ski mountain. RIVER DANGER FOR KIDS.

The views are spectacular as it is on a 8 foot platform for you to enjoy 360 degree views of the valley, Flathead Lake, Glacier Park, the Swan Mountains, Blacktail Mountain and the big skies and stars of Montana. Enjoy 855 interior sq. ft. which includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, washer & dryer, full kitchen with Miele appliances and a nice sized living area including a dining area. Wrap around deck.

We took a unique approach to appeal to your unconventional side. This cabin has stairs to the river. There are bicycles and a sauna available on campus. Upon arrival, read the house manual.

Bordered by a river and fields. Enjoy view from the deck of this cabin that sleeps 9. 1.5 miles of river to explore. Blackstone griddle and electric grill. Grate at firepit. Cabin has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, 2 futons, love seat, and dining table. There is no kitchen! It is a coffee area with microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot (regular and pod), disposable dinnerware. Bedroom with queen bed. Loft with 3 twin beds. Bathroom, with shower (attached to the bedroom).

Chico Peak cabin nr Yellowstone/Chico Hot Springs

One bedroom apartment attached to what once was a historic log bar now an art gallery and frame shop. This business is closed for summer of 2025. The apartment is spacious, about 500 sq ft with sliding door opening to a large deck with table and chairs, propane BBQ, and views of mountains. Lounge chairs are available in the warmer months. It is an ideal location, so close to Chico Hot Springs, 4-5 restaurants and bars, fishing, hiking and the quaint western town of Livingston!

Couples retreat on Flathead Lake with lake access!

The Cabin is on Woods Bay, 5 miles South of Bigfork. 45 miles to Glacier Park’s West entrance. Walking distance to 4 restaurants, & another 3 restaurants are 1 minute driving distance. Besides the many restaurants 5 miles away in Bigfork. The Cabin is very private but is on the same property of the main house. The property's beach doesn’t have a dock, but you can have access to SUP boards or kayaks for use in Woods Bay on request (rental companies charge $60/day/SUP).

Orchard Tiki Cabin on the Lake

One room Tiki Cabin; glamping at its best! Just steps to Flathead Lake with great mountain views across the lake. Your own BBQ, outdoor hot water shower and two SUP paddle boards are provided. 2 kayaks and a canoe also avail. Shared fire pit with firewood. Porta potty toilet steps away from the cabin. 1.5 hours to Glacier Park. Cooking facilities are limited to: outdoor BBQ grill with a burner for pot or pan, indoor microwave and electric wok.
