This tiny home sits directly behind our home that was built in 1894 and is centrally located just a few miles from all surrounding universities , the foothills, the Fairplex and about 30-45 minutes from Disneyland and most SoCal attractions. Cozy private guest suite in great neighborhood with own private entry to unit. 1 Bedroom studio w/ queen size bed. Futon is also available in the studio for a third person. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are provided in the kitchenette. Along with disposible plates and cups. Bathroom is stocked w/ toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap. An iron and blow dryer provided for your use. Guest area is private with own private patio. You are provided with one off street parking.

COZY Guesthouse in Covina-Private Bath/Own Entranc

This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. The room has a single bed, private bathroom, own entrance, designated parking space, microwave oven, small refrigerator, coffee maker, 2-burner hot plate, iron/ironing board; heater and air conditioner. There is also a patio you can sit to enjoy the fresh California weather. Please note we request all guests to submit a government ID prior to check in.

Relax with the whole family in a private two bedroom guest suite. The bedroom has (1) Cal King Bed, second bedroom has (1) queen bed and living area has a sofa bed. The suite is has (2) TV's. Refrigerator and microwave are provided for your stay. The suite is connected to the home by a double sided door. The door will remain locked on both ends. We are a short 10 min. drive to the Ont airport, Ontario convention center, Toyota arena and the Ontario Mill

It's not huge, but it's clean and the location is great -- walking distance to the Claremont Village and the 5 Claremont Colleges. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our casita. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
