A Quintessential Santa Barbara cottage in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara built in 1915. The rooms are rather small (Think Parisian Hotel) but well-appointed and quaint: a place to hang your hat, charge your phone, rest your feet, set your glass and simply relax. The Living Room is intimate. Think of this space as a private parlor car in a train, perhaps, perfect for reading! Hummingbird Cozy Cottage, Garden, Treehouse, Views

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.

Lighthouse Keeper's House, close to the beach

Relax at the Lighthouse Keeper's House. A perfect spot to retreat to in Santa Barbara. Warm and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the steps to pet friendly beach. A studio size bungalow with a full kitchen. Private deck out back and private enclosed front yard with a fire bowl. Sleeps 1-2 people. Pets okay, unless they're notorious barkers. Please note that there is a $85 pet fee for your pets stay. Many great restaurants, and a natural grocery store (Lazy Acres) .
