Enjoy the less crowded beach life, perched on a hill, with about a 3 block walk to the best local beach and park in Santa Barbara County or head up to famous hiking trails, with everything you need steps away from cute boutiques to local restaurants of Summerland. Montecito and Santa Barbara just 5-15 mins by bike or car. After exploring, relax on your private deck with a choice beverage and incredible stargazing.

Tiny Cottage in the Oaks, Midtown Santa Barbara

Enjoy the natural beauty of Santa Barbara minutes from beaches, attractions and wining/dining. This tiny Cottage offers a peaceful and private getaway with a lovely mountain view deck shaded by oaks. Located a ten minute drive from downtown and less to several beaches, UCSB, and the airport. NOTE: The Cottage is TINY and simply appointed. Perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen and living room. Access requires climbing stone steps pictured.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.
