Its elevated location makes it possible to enjoy ocean and island views. The home has high speed WiFi, HVAC, Washer/ Dryer, Dishwasher, RO system, 2 Smart TVs, KING bed in master. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from the basics to tools needed for a gourmet meal. Outdoor area has a fire pit, grill, dining table & hammocks.

Very private secluded fenced cottage at end of the road in Montecito. King bed and comfortable sleeper sofa in a quaint setting. Ideal for 3 max. Or 2 adults & 2 children on sofa sleeper. Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

We are located one block from restaurants, Red Kettle Coffee, shopping & the beach. Our STUDIO is furnished with a queen bed, trundle sofa/twin bed, full bath, ocean view deck, TV, & off-street parking. Pet friendly! Other features include high-speed wifi, satellite cable TV, beach gear, child-friendly accommodations, and longer stays are welcome!

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Mountain Cottage- Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez- w/Spa

Nestle into nature in a cozy cottage in the mountains between the beaches of Santa Barbara & foodie filled wine region, Santa Ynez Valley. (About 25 minutes to each) Sweet private space for 1-2 guests with a luxurious king bed, equipped kitchenette with counter seating, hot tub under the oak trees, outdoor deck for evening sips surrounded by mossy boulders and a star studded sky.
