This cozy home with two distinct living areas overlooks a wide expanse of water on Badin Lake. Enjoy exploring the lake by kayaking (kayaks provided) or by hiking the many trails in nearby Uwharrie Forest. A public boat launch is nearby so bring your boat or other water vehicles. Amazing views from 5 stories above the lake, looking towards Uwharrie National Forest (no houses across the lake). Sunset & sunrise are a must see. Stairs lead down to dock for fishing, swimming, relaxing, & kayaking. Three bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 10 guests.
