The "Magnolia House" is a 1 bed small cottage in the quaint town of Mt Gilead in the Uwharrie Natl Forest region. While not waterfront, the property is centric to so much fun! Use as a base camp to boating, fishing, hiking/jeep/mountain bike trails & more! Perfect for a couple or small family, its small footprint is efficient w/a Queen bed, a twin loft overhead, plus a full sleep sofa in the LR. Pet (max 2) & trailer friendly circular drive. River Flat at Lake Tillery

This private stylish flat is located on the ground floor of this home which is on the main channel of Lake Tillery in Stanly County in the quiet 2-mile neighborhood of River Haven. The 180 degree view is from the Jim Garrison bridge to Morrow Mountain. With 2 TV/living areas (one with pool/ping pong table and one with fireplace), the flat sleeps 8 and has 2 full baths with walk in showers. The outside features a wrap around portico with a paved firepit area and a grill patio and a boat dock.
